Grief & Transition Group
6 Week Program
Ages 18+

There are seasons in life that ask more of us than we ever expected - loss, change, and the quiet in-between moments where everything feels uncertain.
- Connect with others who are navigating grief and transition in their own lives.
- Explore the challenges of saying goodbye and big life changes.
- Give yourself time outdoors to connect with your emotions.
- Be nurtured by time with the herd and sharing in community.
- Cultivate peace and resilience through partnering with horses.
